Christmas Light Installation in Indian Land, SC
Indian Land fills the Lancaster County panhandle, minutes from Ballantyne and built almost entirely of newer homes. Straight fascia, tall elevations, and a lot of neighbors watching the street. We design, install, maintain, and take down displays here, and fit permanent LED that stays all year.

Lighting Indian Land
for the holidays.
Indian Land is the northern panhandle of Lancaster County, sitting right against the state line with Ballantyne a few minutes up the road. It is one of the fastest-growing corridors in the region and the housing shows it: mostly newer construction, long straight fascia, two-story elevations with real height on the gables, and HOA streetscapes where every house is judged against the one next to it. That last part matters more than people expect. On a street of similar homes, a display is measured by consistency (even spacing, one warm color temperature, a line carried the full length of the roof), not by how much you managed to hang.
The corridor also holds Sun City Carolina Lakes, the large active-adult community off to the east, and that changes the conversation entirely. A 55-plus neighborhood is full of people who have every right to enjoy a lit house at Christmas and no reason at all to be up a ladder in November to get one. We handle the whole thing: the design walk, the install, the mid-season maintenance if a run gets knocked, the takedown after the holidays, and storage until next year. Nobody in the household touches a ladder, and the lights come out of our storage in working order, not out of a tangled box in the garage.

What we install in Indian Land
Christmas Light Displays
Custom-designed seasonal displays on rooflines, peaks, dormers, and porch columns, installed with commercial-grade weatherproof product cut to your house. Design, installation, mid-season maintenance, takedown, and storage are all part of the package.
Christmas lighting details →Permanent LED Roofline Lighting
Architectural LED strips hidden inside your roofline channel, invisible by day, fully app-controlled at night, and ideal for the straight modern fascia on newer homes. Sixteen million colors, programmable scenes, and a 25-year warranty.
Permanent LED details →Trees, Wreaths & Garland
Trunk wraps and canopy lighting for front-yard trees, plus wreaths, garland, and porch details that finish the entry. Sized and installed to match the roofline design rather than compete with it.
See seasonal options →Commercial & HOA
Clubhouses, amenity centers, entrance monuments, and HOA common areas along the corridor, scoped around business hours so nothing blocks a doorway in December. One point of contact, one design, one invoice.
Commercial & HOA lighting →The panhandle,
street by street.
Most of Indian Land was built recently, which is good news twice over. Seasonal installs go quickly and cleanly on straight fascia, and the same fascia is the ideal channel for a permanent LED system. The strips sit inside it, invisible in daylight, so the house looks exactly the same to the street and to the HOA, then after dark you choose the scene from your phone. Christmas in December, orange in October, warm white the rest of the year, sixteen million colors and a 25-year warranty behind it.
Sun City Carolina Lakes deserves its own note. Single-story and low-slung rooflines light beautifully because the whole line is visible from the curb, and the community streetscape means a well-drawn display lifts more than one house. Amenity centers, clubhouses, and entrance monuments are quoted exactly the way homes are: a free on-site design consultation first, then a fixed price, then a crew that shows up and does the climbing.
The rest of the corridor is a mix of established streets and brand-new phases, and it sits on the same run as several places we already light. Ballantyne is minutes north, Fort Mill is west, Waxhaw is east, and Rock Hill is a short drive down. A job here often shares a day with one of them.

Our install calendar fills before Thanksgiving, and the tallest rooflines get scheduled first because they take the most crew time. Book the free on-site design consultation now and choose your date. Permanent LED systems install year-round, so the off-season is the easiest time to book one.

Indian Land questions
Yes. We install throughout the Indian Land panhandle, from the newer HOA communities along the corridor to Sun City Carolina Lakes, and we cover Fort Mill, Ballantyne, Waxhaw, and Rock Hill on the same run. If you are not sure whether your street is covered, call (704) 326-2024 and we will tell you straight.
Earlier than you think. Our install calendar fills before Thanksgiving, and the tallest rooflines get scheduled first because they take the most crew time. Booking a free consultation in early fall locks in your date. Permanent LED systems are different. We install those year-round, so the off-season is actually the easiest time to get on the schedule.
It depends on the size of the roofline and the scope of the display. Most residential seasonal installations run from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars. Permanent LED systems are quoted by linear roofline footage. Either way the on-site design consultation is free and there is no obligation.
Yes. Takedown and storage are included in every seasonal Christmas light package. We schedule removal after the holidays and store your lights until next season, so you never touch a ladder.
Yes, and it is one of the places professional installation makes the most obvious sense. Nobody in the house has to go up a ladder in November or in January: we design on site, install, maintain the display through the season, take it down afterwards, and store it until next year. Clubhouses, amenity centers, and entrance monuments are quoted the same way as homes: free on-site design consultation, then a fixed price.
