The houses are modest and close together, which means a consistent design travels: when three or four homes on the same block run the same warm line, the whole street changes character. We keep the product commercial-grade and cut to the house, so nothing sags by the second week of December.
Move out from the center and the lots open up. The older streets away from the mill village have deeper front yards and mature trees, which is where trunk wraps and canopy lighting earn their place; the newer subdivisions toward Concord and the county line bring back the tall elevations and long fascia runs a permanent LED system fits best.
