Quail Hollow, Charlotte NC · Christmas Lights & Permanent LED
Christmas Light Installation in Quail Hollow, Charlotte
Quail Hollow homes get seen from two sides, the street out front and the fairway behind. We design displays that hold up from both, on estate rooflines built for scale, plus permanent LED systems you run from your phone all year.
Free on-site design consultation, no obligation.
Lighting Quail Hollow
from both sides.
Quail Hollow takes its name from the golf club at its center, a course known well beyond Charlotte for championship play, and the neighborhood is laid out around it. That creates a design problem you do not get anywhere else in the city: the back of the house is as public as the front. A rear elevation facing open turf is visible from a long way off, and a display that stops at the street-facing roofline leaves half the house dark.
So we walk both sides at the consultation. Street frontage gets the traditional treatment: roofline, peaks, dormers, porch columns, drive trees. The course side gets the planes that actually carry across open ground, usually at a lower intensity, because glare over a fairway is nobody’s idea of festive. One warm color temperature runs across the whole property so the two sides never read as separate jobs.
These are estate elevations, which is why permanent LED comes up in nearly every consultation here. Long rooflines, tall wings, and hard-to-reach planes make an annual install a serious undertaking, while a system living in the fascia channel is invisible in daylight, controlled from your phone at night, and covered for 25 years. Sixteen million colors, a scene for every holiday, no ladder in the garage.

What we install in Quail Hollow
Christmas Light Displays
Custom-designed seasonal displays on rooflines, peaks, dormers, and porch columns, installed with commercial-grade weatherproof product cut to your house. Quail Hollow properties get measured on the street side and the course side both, so the design covers the whole house rather than the half you drive past. Design, installation, mid-season maintenance, takedown, and storage are all part of the package.
Christmas lighting details →Permanent LED Roofline Lighting
Architectural LED strips hidden inside your roofline channel, invisible by day, fully app-controlled at night. Sixteen million colors, programmable scenes for every holiday, and a 25-year warranty. On estate rooflines this is the strongest case in the city: once the track is in, the roofline is done for twenty-five years.
Permanent LED details →Trees, Wreaths & Garland
Trunk wraps and canopy lighting for drive and yard trees on the larger Quail Hollow lots, plus wreaths, garland, and portico details. Sized to the elevation, so a big house does not end up wearing small-house trim.
See seasonal options →Commercial & HOA
Clubhouse frontage, entrance monuments, gatehouses, and common areas for the neighborhoods around the course, scoped around business hours so nothing blocks an entrance in December. One point of contact, one design, one invoice.

Quail Hollow sits in the stretch of south Charlotte between SouthPark and Pineville, alongside Foxcroft and Piper Glen, the part of the city with the most roofline per house. Deep lots, circular and side-load drives, mature yard trees, and elevations long enough that the design conversation starts with which planes matter most from the road.
Course-adjacent homes get the two-sided treatment. Interior-street homes are simpler but no smaller: full roofline runs, gables and dormers that need consistent spacing to look right at scale, and drive trees that make the approach feel finished. Either way the free on-site consultation is where the design gets decided, because a house this size cannot be quoted from a photo.
Ballantyne and Piper Glen continue the same pattern south, SouthPark sits north, and the Charlotte overview covers the rest of the city. Same crew, same design process, on every one of them.

Quail Hollow questions
Yes. We install throughout Quail Hollow and the neighborhoods around it, including SouthPark, Foxcroft, Piper Glen, and Ballantyne, and south toward Pineville. If you are not sure whether your street is covered, call (704) 326-2024 and we will tell you straight.
Earlier than you think. Our install calendar fills before Thanksgiving, and estate rooflines get scheduled first because they take the most crew time. Booking a free consultation in early fall locks in your date. Permanent LED systems are different. We install those year-round, so the off-season is actually the easiest time to get on the schedule.
It depends on the size of the roofline and the scope of the display, and estate elevations here often carry a course-facing side as well as a street-facing one. Most residential seasonal installations run from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars. Permanent LED systems are quoted by linear roofline footage. Either way the on-site design consultation is free and there is no obligation.
Yes. Takedown and storage are included in every seasonal Christmas light package. We schedule removal after the holidays and store your lights until next season, so you never touch a ladder.
Yes, and on a course-adjacent property it is half the design. A rear elevation facing open turf is visible from a long way off, so we pick the planes that actually carry, keep the intensity below the street side to avoid glare across the fairway, and run one warm color temperature over the whole property so the two sides read as a single design rather than two jobs.
