Christmas Light Installation in Indian Trail, NC
Union County’s growth corridor is subdivision country: craftsman gables, straight new fascia, and streets where one lit house sets the tone for the whole block. We design, install, maintain, and take down seasonal displays across Indian Trail, plus permanent LED rooflines that run year-round from your phone.

Lighting Indian Trail
for the holidays.
Indian Trail grew fast, and it grew in subdivisions. Bonterra alone runs past 800 homes; Brandon Oaks, Taylor Glenn, and Sun Valley tell the same story street after street: newer craftsman and traditional elevations on tidy lots, close enough together that a block reads as one picture instead of a row of separate houses.
That density is the design problem worth solving. On a street like this the roofline is the whole show: young trees, open front yards, and short setbacks leave nothing to hide behind and nothing to lean on. So we outline every plane the eye actually catches (the main gable, the porch, the dormers, the garage return) with even spacing and a single warm color temperature. Anything patchy shows up the moment the house next door is lit too.
The newer construction here is also the cleanest permanent-LED work we do. Straight fascia on recent builds along Old Monroe Road and Indian Trail Fairview Road takes an LED channel neatly, and once it is in, the strip is invisible in daylight: nothing clipped, nothing hanging, no seasonal reinstall. After dark it runs whatever the calendar calls for: Christmas, Halloween, a team color, or plain warm white. Sixteen million colors, a 25-year warranty, and no ladder in the picture.

What we install in Indian Trail
Christmas Light Displays
Craftsman gables, dormers, porch columns, and garage returns outlined in commercial-grade weatherproof product cut to your elevation. Design, installation, mid-season maintenance, takedown, and storage come as one package, not as add-ons.
Christmas lighting details →Permanent LED Roofline Lighting
Architectural LED strips seated in the roofline channel, invisible by day, app-controlled at night, sixteen million colors, 25-year warranty. Indian Trail’s newer fascia lines take the channel about as cleanly as any we install.
Permanent LED details →Trees, Wreaths & Garland
Front-yard trees are younger on these lots, so wreaths, garland, and porch detail carry more of the finish. We size them to the elevation and match the roofline’s color temperature so nothing clashes at the door.
See seasonal options →Commercial & HOA
Clubhouses, pools, entrance monuments, and HOA common areas (the shared spaces that set the tone for a whole community), plus commercial work scoped around business hours. One design, one point of contact, one invoice.

Bonterra is the biggest canvas in town at more than 800 homes, and the elevations repeat, which works in your favor: a design that lands on one plan lands up and down the street. Brandon Oaks leans craftsman (deep porches, gable brackets, columns worth wrapping), and those details take light well when the outline follows the architecture instead of simply tracing the top edge.
Taylor Glenn mixes single-family homes with townhomes around a clubhouse and pool, so there are really two jobs there: the private ones out front, and the shared spaces everyone drives past on the way in. Clubhouses, entrance monuments, and HOA common areas are quoted exactly the way a house is: free on-site design consultation, then a fixed price.
Sun Valley and the newer streets filling in along Old Monroe Road and Indian Trail Fairview Road are where permanent LED makes the most sense, simply because the fascia is new, straight, and easy to work with. If a few neighbors on your street are interested, say so when you call. We can usually schedule a block together, and a street lit to one warm white looks considerably better than a single house doing it alone.

Indian Trail questions
Yes. We install throughout Indian Trail, including Bonterra, Brandon Oaks, Taylor Glenn, Sun Valley, and the newer streets along Old Monroe Road and Indian Trail Fairview Road. If you are not sure whether your street is covered, call (704) 326-2024 and we will tell you straight.
Before your neighbors do. Our install calendar fills ahead of Thanksgiving, and December runs out faster than anyone expects. Booking the free consultation in early fall locks in your date. Permanent LED is the exception. Those systems install year-round, so the quiet months are the easiest time to schedule one.
It depends on how much roofline you have and how far past a simple outline the design goes. Most residential seasonal installations run from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars, and permanent LED systems are quoted by linear roofline footage. The on-site design consultation is free and carries no obligation.
Yes. Takedown and storage are included in every seasonal Christmas light package. We schedule removal after the holidays and store your lights until next season, so you never touch a ladder.
Usually, yes. Mention it when you call and we will try to put the block on one trip. Subdivisions like Bonterra, Brandon Oaks, and Taylor Glenn repeat the same handful of elevations, so a design that suits one house tends to suit its neighbors, and a street lit to a consistent warm white looks far better than a patchwork. HOA common areas, clubhouses, and entrance monuments are quoted the same way homes are: free on-site design consultation, then a fixed price.
