SouthPark, Charlotte NC · Christmas Lights & Permanent LED
Christmas Light Installation in SouthPark, Charlotte
SouthPark carries more roofline per house than almost anywhere in the city: long two-story elevations, deep gables, wings that keep going. We design, install, maintain, and take down displays built for that scale, plus permanent LED rooflines you run from your phone all year.
Free on-site design consultation, no obligation.
Lighting SouthPark
at estate scale.
Scale is the story in SouthPark. Houses here run long and tall: two-story elevations, several gables, porticos and wings that add up to serious linear footage before a single tree is lit. A display that looks generous on a smaller house looks thin on these, and the difference between a good SouthPark install and a forgettable one is almost always whether the design accounted for the whole elevation instead of just the front peak.
It is also why this is permanent-LED country. When a roofline takes a full crew day every November and another one in January, a system that lives in the fascia channel year-round starts making obvious sense. The strips are invisible in daylight, so the house looks exactly the same to the street and to the HOA, and at night you pick the scene from your phone. Christmas in December, orange in October, warm white the rest of the year: sixteen million colors, a 25-year warranty, no ladder in the garage.
SouthPark is also Charlotte’s best-known shopping district, which makes December here commercial as well as residential. Storefronts, restaurant patios, office frontage, and HOA entrance monuments get lit on the same calendar as the houses around them, and we scope that work around business hours so an install never blocks a doorway in the middle of the season.

What we install in SouthPark
Christmas Light Displays
Custom-designed seasonal displays on rooflines, peaks, dormers, and porch columns, installed with commercial-grade weatherproof product cut to your house. SouthPark elevations run long, so we measure the whole roofline (peaks, dormers, wings, porticos) before pricing. Design, installation, mid-season maintenance, takedown, and storage are all part of the package.
Christmas lighting details →Permanent LED Roofline Lighting
Architectural LED strips hidden inside your roofline channel, invisible by day, fully app-controlled at night. Sixteen million colors, programmable scenes for every holiday, and a 25-year warranty, which is exactly why the long SouthPark rooflines are among the strongest candidates in the city.
Permanent LED details →Trees, Wreaths & Garland
Trunk wraps and canopy lighting for the mature trees on the older SouthPark streets, plus wreaths, garland, and portico details that finish a large elevation. Sized and installed to match the roofline design rather than compete with it.
See seasonal options →Commercial & HOA
Retail and restaurant frontage around the shopping district, office and lobby entrances, HOA entrance monuments, clubhouses, and common areas, scoped around business hours so nothing blocks a doorway in December. One point of contact, one design, one invoice.
Commercial & HOA lighting →Around SouthPark, block by block
SouthPark sits between the older canopy neighborhoods and the newer south Charlotte communities, and its housing borrows from both. Myers Park and Cotswold are minutes north, with period trim and heavy tree cover. Quail Hollow, Foxcroft, and Piper Glen sit south and west, with the long, evenly spaced rooflines that light fastest and cleanest. Most SouthPark streets land somewhere in between, which is why the consultation happens on-site: the elevation decides the design.
The estate properties are their own category. Deep setbacks, circular drives, gated entries, rooflines that run out of sight around a corner. On those homes we light for the approach (the drive and the trees along it, the entrance, and the roof planes actually visible from the road), rather than wrapping footage nobody will ever see.
Commercial frontage belongs to the same December here, and Ballantyne and Pineville further south get the same crew and the same design process. The Charlotte overview covers how the rest of the city is grouped.

SouthPark questions
Yes. We install throughout SouthPark and the neighborhoods around it, including Myers Park, Cotswold, Foxcroft, Quail Hollow, and Piper Glen, and south through Ballantyne. If you are not sure whether your street is covered, call (704) 326-2024 and we will tell you straight.
Earlier than you think. Our install calendar fills before Thanksgiving, and the largest SouthPark rooflines get scheduled first because they take the most crew time. Booking a free consultation in early fall locks in your date. Permanent LED systems are different. We install those year-round, so the off-season is actually the easiest time to get on the schedule.
It depends on the size of the roofline and the scope of the display, and SouthPark elevations tend to be long. Most residential seasonal installations run from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars. Permanent LED systems are quoted by linear roofline footage. Either way the on-site design consultation is free and there is no obligation.
Yes. Takedown and storage are included in every seasonal Christmas light package. We schedule removal after the holidays and store your lights until next season, so you never touch a ladder.
Yes. Retail and restaurant frontage, office and lobby entrances, HOA common areas, clubhouses, and entrance monuments are quoted the same way as homes: a free on-site design consultation, then a fixed price. We scope commercial work around business hours so an install never blocks a doorway in December, and one point of contact handles the whole property.
